Warm Up
We start gently, grooving to feel-good music to wake the body up and shake off the week. No rush, no pressure — just easing into it together.
Feel-good, music-driven classes where every age and ability is welcome. Move at your own pace, laugh with a friendly crowd, and leave with a smile.

Every class is easy to follow and set to feel-good music. Move as gently or as energetically as you like — here's how the hour flows.
We start gently, grooving to feel-good music to wake the body up and shake off the week. No rush, no pressure — just easing into it together.
Simple, uplifting routines you'll pick up in minutes. Follow along at your own pace — it feels more like dancing with friends than a workout.
We wind down with gentle stretches and a few easy moves, so you leave loose, relaxed and smiling — ready to take on the rest of your day.
I'm Jennifer, and I started Costa Ritmo to share something I love: moving to great music with good people. Whether you're in your twenties or your seventies, brand new to exercise or coming back after a long break, there's a spot on the floor for you.
My classes are made to feel good, not to push you to your limit. You set the pace — turn it up when you're feeling it, take it easy when you're not. Either way you'll move, you'll laugh, and you'll leave feeling better than when you walked in.
A glimpse into our community of movement.

Saturday mornings at our friendly studio. Each class is an easy-going hour set to great music — come as you are and reserve your spot.
“I hadn't exercised in years and felt nervous walking in. Everyone made me feel so welcome — now Saturday mornings are the highlight of my week.”
“At 67 I wasn't sure I'd keep up, but you go at your own pace and the music is wonderful. I leave every class smiling.”
“It honestly doesn't feel like a workout — it feels like dancing with friends. I always head home with more energy than I arrived with.”

Bring a friend or come on your own — either way you'll be welcomed with a smile. Whatever your age or fitness level, there's a spot on the floor with your name on it.
